Cancelling your activity 8 weeks or more prior to booked arrangement you pay nothing (note for weeklong trips are different Terms & Conditions.
Cancelling your activity 8 to 4 weeks prior to booked arrangement you pay 10% of total cost.
Cancelling you activity 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to booked arrangement you pay 50% of total cost.
Cancelling you activity Less than 2 weeks prior to booked arrangement you pay 100% of total cos
SMALL amendments can be MADE free of charge up to 2 weeks prior to arrangement date.
ALL booked ‘seats’ will be charged regardless of actual ‘seats’ used – cancellation of any part or places in an arrangement are liable to the above cancellation charges
